XL HD features an HDMI port, allowing you to connect any monitor or TV to display production results directly on the shop floor. The XL system automatically generates clear, easy-to-understand visual information for operators.

During production, XL displays the current status of the line or machine, the duration of that status, up to five selectable KPIs, a live timeline showing exactly what happened during the shift, information about the product currently being manufactured, and the current time.

When unplanned downtime occurs, the system focuses on getting production back up and running as quickly as possible. XL Touch uses sensors installed on the production line to detect operating status. It then displays any anomalies detected during the shift in real time. The system alerts operators to planned events, such as changeovers or breaks, as well as unplanned slowdowns through clear, attention-grabbing dashboard visualizations. The touchscreen allows operators to interact directly with the system.

XL provides instant access to more than 60 built-in reports and makes it easy to create an unlimited number of custom reports. Operators can record downtime reasons using a 2D barcode scanner.

XL HD belongs to the same product family as the XL810-1 model, which features a 28-inch LED display with the same XL IIoT engine – all integrated into a single device.

We import equipment directly from the USA to ensure that our customers always receive the latest versions and the highest quality products. Therefore, an additional fee of PLN 1,900 per device is added to the product price to cover import, customs clearance, and logistics costs. For orders involving multiple systems imported together, the fee is calculated individually.
