Training Objectives

To understand benefits and importance of statistical process control (SPC) in the context of contemporary quality requirements (primarily ISO 9001:2015) - data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement (PDCA), risk management, statistical tools - in particular SPC - in Big Data.
To learn the principles of practical application of statistical process control (SPC) methods for both measurable parameters and attribute quality control (inspection by samples).
To be able to identify and justify the need for SPC, select SPC tools (control charts) and conduct process monitoring based on control charts.
To be able to assess quality capability of processes (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk indices).
