· Acquiring the skills to manage new projects according to the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) methodology according to the Advanced Product Quality Planning, 3rd Edition, AIAG 2024 guidelines.
· Raising awareness of the customer-focused process approach.
· Acquiring the skills to draw up a quality plan, an inspection plan.
· Learning useful techniques and tools used in the automotive industry necessary to achieve customer acceptance of the product.

- Making the product based on a recognition of the requirements and the customer.
- Basics of quality planning for new products.
- Sequence of activities when implementing new products:
o Programme planning and definition.
o Product design and development.
o Process design and development.
o Product and process validation.
o Feedback and corrective action.
· Discussing the techniques and analyses performed during the APQP process (project).
o Feasibility assessment.
o Flowchart of the process.
o FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

o MSA (Measurement System Analysis)
o SPC (Statistical Process Control and Process Capability Testing).

· Analysis of the checklists used in the various stages of the APQP:
o Checklists for verifying the accuracy of APQP documentation development.
o Checklists to confirm completion of tasks in each APQP stage (‘Gated management’).
· Brief discussion of the terms and the suggested analytical techniques and quality tools (benchmarking, cause and effect diagram, characteristics matrix, CPM, DOE, DFM/DFA, QFD, mistake proofing).
· Analysis of the procedure for implementing new projects according to the APQP.
· Summary of the training.
