Training objectives
Acquiring the ability to conduct a two-level DOE experiment to investigate the relationship between input and output quantities. Learning the principles of preliminary selection of parameters for experiment planning using matrix methods, the Pareto principle, a method for determining the strength of relationships between process parameters and DOE-based screening. Modelling the process equation and using it for process control taking into account standardisation principles. Learning the strengths and weaknesses of the application of Experiment planning using practical examples from a range of industries. Training focused on the practical performance of experiments and discussion of their theoretical underpinnings to the basic extent that allows their use in everyday work.
