Training objectives
- To understand benefits and importance of statistical process control (SPC) in the context of contemporary quality requirements (primarily ISO 9001:2015) - data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement (PDCA), risk management, statistical tools - in particular SPC - in Big Data.
- To learn the principles of practical application of statistical process control (SPC) methods for both measurable parameters and attribute quality control (inspection by samples).
- To be able to identify and justify the need for SPC, select SPC tools (control charts) and conduct process monitoring based on control charts.
- To be able to assess quality capability of processes (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk indices).
