Terms of open-training participation

Training organizer

Open trainings are organized by TQMsoft, based in Krakow, ul. Bociana 22a, in the scope and according to the schedule described in detail in the training offer, available at https://tqmsoft.com.

Participant's applications

Application for participation in the training should be made by e-mail to the following address szkolenia@tqmsoft.eu, by sending the Application Form, or via the Internet store available on the website tqmsoft.com. It is also possible to register a Participant via Customer Panel (for people who have already used TQMsoft training services).

Applications are accepted up to 5 working days before the start of the training (the date of receipt of the application by TQMsoft is valid). After this deadline, the application for participation is possible on the basis of prior telephone agreement with TQMsoft and sending the application in one of the above-mentioned forms. The TQMsoft company confirms participation in the training no later than 3 working days before the planned date of the training.

After ordering the training, the Ordering Party will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the Ordering Party.

Sending the Application Form is tantamount to concluding a contract between TQMsoft and the Ordering Party.

Resignation from participation

The Ordering Party may resign from the training no later than 5 working days before the planned date of the training (the date of receipt of the resignation by TQMsoft is valid). Resignation from participation should be sent in the form of an e-mail.

In the event of a resignation in later time, TQMsoft has the right to charge the Ordering Party the full amount for the training.

Resignation from participation is equivalent to withdrawal from the contract by the Ordering Party.

Changing the training date, canceling the training

TQMsoft reserves the right to change the date of the training or cancel it, of which it will inform the Ordering Party at least 3 working days before the planned date of the training. In the event of cancellation by TQMsoft of the agreed training date - in accordance with the decision of the Ordering Party, TQMsoft will refund the amount paid in full or propose a different training date. After the deadline has been postponed, the Ordering Party is not required to resend the Application Form, however, participation must be confirmed by e-mail to the following address szkolenia@tqmsoft.eu.

Training prices and payment terms

The training price includes: participation in the training, materials in the paper form, free access to electronic training materials, certificate of participation in the training, the possibility of free 3-month consultations after the training, lunches, coffee breaks and sweet treats.

VAT must be added to the given net price in accordance with the applicable VAT rate.

Form and date of payment

Payments for participation in the training shall be made by the Ordering Party on the basis of a VAT invoice issued after the training, with the payment deadline up to 14 days from the date of issue.

Other possible payment methods:

- on the basis of a proforma invoice, by bank transfer to the TQMsoft account (confirmation sent to the e-mail address is required) or:

- through the website tqmsoft.com, when selecting an option "buy training (kup szkolenie)".

Natural persons not conducting business activity shall make the payment upon receipt of confirmation for participation in the training:

- by bank transfer to the TQMsoft account (required to send confirmation to the e-mail address), or:

- through the website tqmsoft.com, when selecting an option "buy training (kup szkolenie)".

TQMsoft sp. z o.o. sp.k. reserves the right to record the image and sound of the course of the training or the course of other service, if it was held remotely using electronic media. The recorded material will be used to improve the quality of the services provided. The material may be made available to authorized entities on the basis of legal provisions, e.g. for control purposes, e.g. if the training or participation in the training of some participants was financed from public money. The registered material will not be made available to other third parties and will not be used for marketing or advertising purposes.
