ISO 9001:2015
ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard stipulating requirements, which must be met by a quality management system in an organization.
In TQMsoft, since 2012 there has been implemented a quality management system accordant with ISO 9001:2015. It performs the following goals:
- maintenance of a long-term trust and a satisfaction of clients,
- getting into and maintenance of partnership relations with Suppliers and their diligent selection,
- use of modern technologies and quality tools in key processes,
- selection and regular trainings to personnel in order to increase in its qualifications,
- designing and improving of processes in a way assuring satisfaction of legal norms as well as high quality of products and services,
- assurance of efficiency of processes.
A point of the standard ISO 9001:2015 is understanding and meeting of client's expectations. Hence, we have been enhancing our processes constantly. We implemented a supervision of documentation, we systematized resources management and we have been regularly measuring satisfaction of clients.
The following certificates were issued to TQMsoft sp z o.o. sp.k. because at that time, the current TQMsoft sp. z o.o. was registered as a limited partnership. The transformation of the limited partnership into a limited liability company took place on 01-02-2026.
