Main objectives

• To meet customer expectations for the rapid preparation or completion of FMEA risk analysis documentation.
• To accelerate new product implementation projects by supporting FMEA teams preparing the relevant documentation.
• Improving FMEA teams through verification of conducted analyses and detailed feedback.
• Preparing the organisation for the new FMEA requirements according to AIAG and VDA guidelines.
• Preparing FMEA facilitators and teams to work independently and effectively.

Activities

1. Development of a strategy for transition to the new FMEA requirements
2. Assist in preparation/verification of process FMEA documentation
3. Assisting in the preparation/verification of construction FMEA documentation
4. Assisting in the preparation of the FMEA team in terms of content
5. Preparation of FMEA concept prior to software selection
6. Development of the FMEA according to the 7 steps:

• Step 1 - Planning and preparation
• Step 2 - Structure analysis
• Step 3 - Functional analysis
• Step 4 - Defect analysis
• Step 5 - Risk analysis
• Step 6 - Optimisation
• Step 7 - Documentation

7 In FMEA ed 1. According to the AIAG and VDA, steps should be developed from scratch:

• Step 2 - Structure analysis
• Step 3 - Functional analysis
