Activities
The project includes the introduction of team-based problem solving based on the PDCA methodology. A workshop approach in the use of quality tools in problem solving and continuous improvement - PDCA. Participants practically go through the whole cycle working on a specific issue (problem) until a solution is found, using tools such as: control sheet, Pareto diagram, flowchart, Ishikawa diagram, 5Why analysis, different variations of brainstorming, expert group method, Action plan.
Includes content support for Problem Solving teams. Substantive supervision and assistance in the selection and implementation of further, more advanced Problem Solving tools.
RESULTS
- Ability to use quality tools efficiently for different types of problems.
- Self-efficacy of the team in properly assessing the problem and identifying root causes and eliminating them.
- Self-assembly of subsequent Problem Solving teams.
