Data Protection Policy

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016), I inform you that:

1. the controller of your personal data is TQMsoft spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with its registered office at ul. Bociana 22a, 31-231 Kraków,
2. Your personal data will be processed in order to:
• concluding contracts and providing related services,
• for the purpose of business contacts (answering questions, preparing offers, etc.)
• for statistical purposes,
• to inform you about our offer and maintain business relations,
• researching opinions on our services in order to improve them and adapt them to customer requirements.
3. The recipients of your personal data will be entities involved in the above purposes. The data will be transferred to them exclusively for the purpose of their implementation.
4. Your personal data will be stored for a period of 8 years.
5. You have the right to
   • to request from the controller access to the content of your personal data,
   • the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to data portability,
   • you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Provision of personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal to process an order or failure to answer a commercial enquiry.

If you have given your consent/consent to be processed for marketing purposes, to receive marketing or commercial information by e-mail or by post, we will inform you:

1. The recipients of your personal data will be only entities entitled to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and entities carrying out the service of e-mailing or sending materials in paper version on behalf of TQMsoft sp. z o.o. sp.k. and solely for the purpose of fulfilling the above order.
2. The expression of the following consents is voluntary, however, their non-expression may result in the inability to participate in the newsletter subscription, to receive commercial offers or newsletters of TQMsoft sp. z o.o. sp.k., to participate in surveys.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the above purposes until you revoke the above consents. If you revoke only part of them, your personal data will be processed for the purposes for which the consent has been retained.
