Training organiser
The training is organised by TQMsoft sp z o.o. sp.k. with its registered office in Kraków, ul. Bociana 22a (hereinafter referred to as TQMsoft), within the scope and on the dates specified in the training offer available at en.tqmsoft.com/en.
Participant application
Applications for participation in the training should be made electronically via the online store available at en.tqmsoft.com/en/cart.
Applications are accepted up to 21 working days before the start of the training (the date of application receipt by TQMsoft is decisive). After this deadline, participation is possible upon prior agreement with TQMsoft by phone or email and submission of the application in one of the above-mentioned forms. TQMsoft will confirm participation in the training at least 14 working days before the scheduled training date.
After placing an order for training, the Orderer will receive confirmation to the email address provided.
Registration of a participant is equivalent to the conclusion of a contract between TQMsoft and the Orderer.
Participation cancellation
The Orderer may cancel the training no later than 21 working days before the scheduled training date (the date of cancellation receipt by TQMsoftis decisive) by sending an e-mail. Withdrawal from the training by the Orderer within the above deadline will result in a full refund of the amount paid.
In the event of subsequent cancellation, TQMsoft shall be entitled to charge the Ordering Party the full amount for the training.
Cancellation of participation is equivalent to withdrawal from the contract by the Orderer.
Changes to the training date, cancellation of training
TQMsoft reserves the right to change the training date or cancel the training, of which it shall notify the Orderer at least 7 working days before the scheduled training date. Should TQMsoft cancel the agreed training date, TQMsoft shall, at the Orderer's decision, refund the amount paid in full or propose another training date. In the event of a date change, the Orderer is not required to resubmit the Application Form, but must confirm its participation by email to [email protected].
If TQMsoft cancel the training, it shall refund the amount paid. The Orderer is not entitled to claim any higher amount, penalties or additional fees.
Training prices and payment terms
The training price includes: participation in the training, free access to electronic training materials, certificate of participation in the training.
VAT at the applicable rate shall be added to the net price.
Form and date of payment
Payment for participation in the training shall be made by the Orderer at the time of order registration using electronic payment via the website en.tqmsoft.com/en, using the option "Place an order".
Additional information
Certificates confirming participation in the training will be available in the Customer/Orderer Panel.

The law applicable to any obligations arising from these regulations shall be Polish law.
