PersonAll® is a proprietary series of trainings in the field of development of personal competencies necessary in the professional environment. It is directed to professionals who, by acquiring specific interpersonal skills, are able to achieve the goals set by the organization more effectively. BUSINESS IMPACT
While developing the PersonAll® program, we focused on the business effect, i.e. obtaining maximum efficiency and effectiveness of a given personal competence training. Each training is comprehensive and dedicated to a specific job position. Thanks to such profiling, participants of the training have similar work experience. Familiarity with the specifics of work in a certain position allows participants to exchange each other's good industry practices discussed during the workshop.
PERSONALL® TRAINERS
Each training is designed and lead by a trainer with specific industry experience, on the basis of which he/she builds and improves his/hers coaching skills. Feedback and suggestions from participants of our trainings influence the improvement of their next editions.
