1. TRAININGS SUBSIDIZED BY THE EUROPEAN UNION:
If you are interested in raising your own and your employees' competencies based on our trainings, we invite you to benefit from the funding provided by the system of Subjective Financing of Development Services, based on the Development Services Database, created by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP).

WHO CAN GET SUBSIDY?
Companies in the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector, employees of these enterprises and the self-employed.
PROCESS OF OBTAINING SUBSIDY:
- Register in BUR (parp.gov.pl).
- Select any training -> TQMsoft training in BUR.
- Submit the application documents to the Operator in your province on your own and sign the contract after positive verification.
- Benefit from the selected training.
- Fill out the post-training questionnaire in PARP.
- Submit to the Operator the required documents for the service and receive a refund in a predetermined amount.

2. NATIONAL TRAINING FUND (KRAJOWY FUNDUSZ SZKOLENIOWY)
Investing in employee development has become a standard for companies which focus on continuous improvement. A well-trained, competent employee who engages in the company's activities is a symbol of its success. The National Training Fund comes in aid to companies, which aims to subsidize employee training at the initiative of the employer.
TQMsoft is listed in the Register of Training Institutions. Employers can apply for subsidy for our trainings under the KFS.
WHEN YOU CAN APPLY FOR SUBSIDY UNDER THE NATIONAL TRAINING FUND?
- If you are an employer with at least 1 employee.
- If you are an employee with any type of contract and any type of hours (full-time or part-time) and want to complete the training of your choice as part of your professional development in your industry.
SUBSIDY VALUE
- Micro-enterprises - 100% co-financing.
- Other companies - 80% co-financing.
- The funds assigned for training for one employee cannot exceed 300% of the average salary in a given year.
HOW TO GET SUBSIDY FOR TRAINING AT TQMsoft?
- Choose training from TQMsoft's offer
- The employer fills out an application for subsidy, which must be downloaded and submitted to the district labor office with jurisdiction over the employer's headquarters or place of business.
- The district labor office reviews the application and provides a response within 30 days.
- A successfully processed application is synonymous to the conclusion of a contract with the employee specifying the rights and obligations of the parties.
