As soon as the Vorne system is connected to a machine, the system catches even a few seconds of micro downtime and immediately recalculates machine utilization in the context of a given production order. Most companies, after installing the Vorne board, are shocked to discover the true timing of unplanned equipment downtime. It turns out that the employee was only "more or less" reporting it.

XL Vorne can automatically send email alerts to help the team respond faster to problems and notify supervisors. Emails can be sent based on data (e.g., OEE), production status (e.g., breakdown events) or targets (e.g., target changeover times).

Each email contains a brief subject line, a description of the alert threshold that triggered the email, and a summary of current production KPIs. Creating simple alerts is easy, but it is also possible to create multi-level processes.
