Activities

The project includes the introduction of team problem solving based on the PDCA methodology. Workshop approach in the use of quality tools in the process of problem solving and continuous improvement - PDCA. Participants go through practically the entire cycle when working on a specific issue (problem), until the moment of finding its solution, using e.g. tools such as: control sheet, Pareto diagram, flowchart, Ishikawa diagram, 5Why analysis, various types of brainstorming, expert group method, Action plan.

It includes substantive support for Problem Solving teams. Substantive supervision, assistance in proper selection, as well as implementation of further, more advanced Problem Solving tools.

RESULT

  • Ability to efficiently use quality tools for various types of problems.
  • Independence of the team as part of the proper assessment of the problem and the determination of root causes and their elimination.
  • Subsequent Problem Solving teams are self-established.
