Mission and vision

Since 1996 we help manufacturing and service companies to:
- meeting requirements,
- developing
- solving problems,

by providing training:
- standard or dedicated,
- open or closed,
- on-site or online,
- practical and effective,

in the areas of:
- management - company, personnel, quality, production, logistics, projects,
- equipment, safety, information, risk, energy, ...
- measurement, technology and engineering,
- personal competences for positions from high level management to line management.

We offer around 400 training topics.

We take care of our clients from the selection of training courses to post-training support in the form of quick consultancy or advisory services to support projects.

Trainings are conducted by experts and practitioners with proven high and continuously improved training competences.

We support the implementation of certain trained methods with the Andon system for monitoring and measuring indicators for lines, machines and processes.

 

We prefer training that takes place in a traditional way, with direct interaction between the participants and the expert trainer.

This is why we invite you to our training centre in Cracow or organise training at any location agreed with the client.

In order to meet the expectations of all clients, we also carry out training courses remotely ("online"), still considering the interactive, effective meeting between Participants and the trainer-expert as crucial.

We admire the achievements of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in business, but we rely on Real Intelligence in our training processes.

That is why we use information technologies mainly in operational processes - communication with clients, training project management or information sharing (expert e-publications, training e-materials, e-tests, e-certifications).

Of course, we inevitably make use of information technology during training courses that directly address digital competences.

Irrespective of the access facilities provided by e-technology, each participant in a classroom training course receives tangible training materials, and each training project is planned and designed by the specialist staff of the Customer Service, Sales and Service Design Departments. Our clients are not served by e-counsellors.

We constantly endeavour to ensure that our trainers are the best that can be offered to the group being trained in a given subject area. To this end, appropriate recruitment, design and development processes are maintained and developed in our certified Quality Management System (ISO 9001).

When delivering training, each trainer is not only an expert, but also a facilitator, partner and advisor in the process of increasing the competence of the Trainees. This is why we do not refer to our trainers as "lecturers".

This applies to all categories of implemented training, both "hard" and "soft".

We not only teach, but also believe in a systemic approach to management and apply it in practice. We have had a certified Quality Management System (ISO 9001) for many years, and are currently preparing for certification to the ISO 21001 standard for the training industry.
