In the event you give consent / consents to data processing for marketing purposes, receiving marketing or commercial information by electronic or traditional means, we inform:
- The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data on the basis of legal provisions and entities providing e-mailing services or sending materials in paper version at the request of TQMsoft sp. z o.o. sp.k. and only for the purpose of carrying out the above order,
- The expression of the following consents is voluntary, however, failure to express such consent may result in the inability to subscribe to the newsletter, receive commercial offers or newsletters of TQMsoft sp. z o.o. sp.k., as well as participate in surveys.
- Your personal data will be processed for the above purposes until the above consents are revoked. In the event of cancellation of only some of them, personal data will be processed for the purposes for which the consent has been retained.
- You may cancel your consent to our marketing activities or to give it at any time. To do so, please send the information to the address of the employee you have contacted or to the Data Protection Officer - iod@tqmsoft.eu.
